Mortally Wounded In Action

The consolidated statements in the 1892 Revised Roster indicate that 1,832 Vermont soldiers were Killed or Mortally Wounded in Action during the course of the war. The database currently includes 1,767 names taken from the detailed rosters of that same volume. The discrepancy is probably a combination of dates I missed in my initial transcription of the rosters, and/or typographical errors in the book itself. I will add names as I find them, and, as always, welcome additions, deletions or corrections.
