Wallingford - The funeral of Jerome Brown was held Saturday morning from St. Patrick's church. Requiem high mass was solemnized by Rev. T.J. Henry. The bearers were P.H. Stapleton, John Pickett, Luke Pickett, James Mooney, John Mooney and Joseph Mooney. Burial was in St. Patrick's cemetery. Those from out of town who attended were Mr. and Mrs. P.H. Smith of Weston Island, Mr. and Mrs. George Warren and Mrs. Hattie Graves of Simondsville, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Brown and daughter of Chester, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Patch of East Wallingford, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Lloyd, Richard Lloyd, jr., Reginald Lloyd, Mr. and Mrs. W.M. McMann, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lloyd, Mrs. Ed Lloyd, Misses Beulah and Mabel Lloyd, Thomas Bowen, Miss Mary Bowen, Mrs. Margaret Stapleton, Mrs. Owen Sherlock and Mrs. Ann McGuirk of Rutland.
