Around The Campfire

Charles Burgess, late Co. B, 10th Vt. Regt., died of paralysis and gangrene, aged 80 years, at the Vermont Soldiers' Home. He enlisted at Montpelier, July 17, 1862, and was discharged September, 16, 1863, for disability. He was admitted to the Home, July 30, 1893, from Northfield. The burial was at Northfield. This is death No. 51.
