The death of Samuel Buxton occurred Saturday night, May 5, after a lingering illness of many months, he having been confined to the bed since last February. Mr. Buxton is survived by his wife, one son, John, and one daughter, Mrs. James Clark of West Pawlet. He was 79 years old. The funeral was held Tuesday at 2' o'clock.
