Bingham K. Chase, a former resident of Fletcher, died at the Soldiers' home in Bennington February 2. The remains were brought to Fairfield where the funeral was held Sunday morning . The burial was in his lot in the cemetery here beside his wife, who died several years ago. The Masons of Fairfield had charge of the services.
