Chester

The funeral of Sylvester H. Clifford was held last week Tuesday afternoon, Rev. E. M. Haynes of Rutland officiating. The deceased served in the War of the Rebellion in Company R, 12th Vermont, and was a member of Henry Post, G.A.R., No. 27, which attended the funeral in a body, the interment taking place in the village cemetery
