About Town.

Hiram O. Cobb died in Pomfret the 11th inst. he was born in Woodstock and was seventy-one years old the 22d of February last. He had been suffering fro heart difficulty for some time, was taken ill Sunday of last week and died Wednesday. He had been living with John Raymond for the last twenty years and working in the machine shop. Mr. Cobb was a member of the Woodstock Light Infantry. He enlisted for nine months in the civil war. A man of quiet life, minded his own affairs.
