Isaac Crawford died at the Soldiers' Home Sunday morning. He was 82 years of age Nov. 29 and death was caused by old age and a complication of diseases. He was a native of the town and had spent all his life here. He served during the rebellion in Co. A 14th Vt. Vols., and was admitted to the home a short time ago. His wife died years ago. He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Charles Clark of South street. The funeral was held this afternoon and the burial was in the chapel cemetery.

Isaac Crawford, who died Sunday at the Soldiers' home was buried in his own lot in the village cemetery. Mr. Crawford erected his own grave stone several years ago. His age was 85 years.
