Daniel L. Culver

Rutland Daily Herald, Nov. 26, 1912:

Wallingford - Daniel Leverett Culver, a life-long resident of Wallingford, died at the home of his niece, Miss Jennie Kent, Sunday morning. Mr. Culver was 74 years old and had been ill for some time with a complication of diseases. He was born in Wallingford, one of 14 children, nine brothers and sisters surviving him. He was never married. Mr. Culver was a veteran of the Civil war, being a member of Company E, Vermont Sharpshooters. The funeral will be held from his late home this afternoon at 2 o'clock.
