Obituary
Calvin Drown of East Charleston, whose illness has been frequently mentioned in these columns, died last Saturday following an extended illness with heart trouble. His wife preceded him to the great beyond only a few weeks since. Mr. Drown was an aged veteran of the civil war, and a member of Erastus Buck Post, G.A.R. Funeral services were held at this late home Sunday.
