Obituary
VERGENNES
The funeral of Harlan P. Elitharp, a veteran of the Civil war, who died Friday evening from the effects of a shock was held Monday afternoon at his late residence on Water street, Rev. Richard G. Woodbridge, assisted by Rev. Thomas Stevenson, officiated. The bearers were William Crosby, Dustin Barrows, Isaac Miller and E. C. Scott. The burial was in Prospect cemetery.
