Obituary
BROOKFIELD
W. A. Ford, who had been ill the past year suffering with a cancer, died Friday morning. The funeral was held from the Second Congregational church Monday afternoon at 1:30, Rev. F. J. Locke officiating. The Masonic fraternity and the members of the G. A. R. Attended. I. N. Abbott was funeral conductor; singers, C. H. Bigelow, A. G. Bigelow, Misses Ethel Dewey and Lillian Carpenter; bearers, Guy Fletcher, J. W. Blakebrough, Van Carpenter and Fred Keyes. Burial was in the family lot at the Center. Mr. Ford leaves a wife and one son.
