Brother of Admiral Dewey Dead
Montpelier, Vt., October 27 - Edward Dewey, brother of Admiral Dewey, has died at his home in this city. He had been ill several months with kidney trouble, but his death was unexpected. He was seventy-one years of age. He served in the civil war as quartermaster of the Eighth Vermont regiment.
