Obituary
Death came to Joel Griffin with suddenness Monday afternoon. Mr. Griffin had just returned from dinner and started his afternoon work in the mill-yard of Burt Bros. When he was stricken by heart disease, dying almost instantly. Funeral services were held this Wednesday afternoon. Mr. Griffin was a Civil War veteran, having served in the Seventh Vermont, and was an industrious and respected citizen.
