Obituary
Asa H. Harris of Ticonderoga, N.Y., was stricken down with a shock of paralysis several days ago, leaving him unconscious and totally disabled on one side. He lingered for several days when he died. The funeral was held at his home on Saturday last. Mr. Harris at one time was a resident of this place. He is an uncle of Fred Harris, our townsman, and a Civil war veteran serving with company H, 17th Vt. Vol. Infantry.
