The funeral of Charles Hastings, who died Saturday, Feb. 23d, of pneumonia, was held the following Monday at Geo. Wardner's where he had lived the past year. Mr. Hastings was about 66 years of age. He was a soldier in the civil war and a brother of the late Mrs. Jacob Wardner. His was the third death in the same house and family since last June.
