Obituary
The fifth ward in the hospital lost two of their inmates yesterday morning between 6 and 9 o'clock. The second was Wm. M. Higley, I, 8th Vermont infantry of cancer in the neck, aged 70 years. Mr. Higley leaves a wife living in Kansas City, Kansas.
