Obituary
DEATH OF HEMAN JACKSON
Heman Jackson, Civil war veteran died yesterday morning at his home on Baxter street after a long illness. Mr. Jackson, who was born in Burlington in 1837, served during the Civil war in Company F, 10th Vermont infantry. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Mrs. D. J. Houston and Miss Laura Jackson of this city, and five sons, Frank, George, Joseph and Arthur of this city, and E.F. Jackson of Boston.
The funeral will be held Saturday morning at 9:30 o'clock at St. Peter's church and burial in Calvary cemetery.
