Obituary
ESSEX COUNTY
J. J. Jocelyn. A young man lately from Greensboro, was fatally injured at Russell's saw mill last Monday. He was adjusting a belt, when his arm was caught and broken in two or three places, and finally severed from his body, and was found wound up in the belt. He was thrown into the wheel pit and badly bruised about the head and body, and when found, immediately after the accident, life was nearly extinct.
