Obituary
George M. Kenney, a veteran of the Civil war, died at his home on South Main street Monday morning of valvular heart trouble, aged 71 years, 5 months, 30 days. He had been in feeble health all winter and confined to the house the past few weeks. This is the third Civil war veteran to pass away in ten days. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon from the Congregational church, Rev. J. A. Lawrence officiating.
