Hollis Laraby

The Pueblo Chieftain, 17 April 1913

Laraby -- Hollis Laraby, age 69 years, passed away at the home of his son, William, 705 West Fourth Street, last night. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Loris Laraby, and four children, William and Henry Laraby of this city, Frank Laraby of Chicago and Mrs. O. S. Fitzsimmons of St. Paul, Ark. Mr. Laraby came to Pueblo June 3, 1879, taking employment at the smelter, later entering the service of the street car company drving a horse car. During the war Mr. Laraby served in Company A, Second Vermont infantry, and was at one time a member of the local G.A.R. post. The remains are at the David-Vories parlors awaiting replies to telegrams sent to his son and daughter. Funeral announcement later.
