Rutland Daily Herald, April 6, 1901
Fair Haven - Benjamin E. Lee, an old resident of Fair Haven, died Friday noon of neuralgia of the brain after a short illness. He was 66 years old and leaves a wife and two daughters, Mrs. John Pocket and Mrs. William Roberts, both of Fair Haven. Mr. Lee was for many years tyler of Eureka lodge of Masons and a member of Bosworth Grand Army post. The funeral, which will be Masonic, will be held at the house at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon.
