Russell E. Lesure
Russell Emerson Lesure, aged 91 years and seven months, died late yesterday afternoon in his home, 34 Walden street, from a complication of ailments following a long illness.
Mr. Lesure was a native of Stamford and practically all of his long life was spent in Stamford and this city. He had lived here since his retirement about 21 years ago.
He leaves one son, William Lesure of this city and a daughter, Mrs. Frank Woods of Northboro. He also leaves two grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Because of illness in the family the body was taken to the funeral parlors of L.A. Simmons where the funeral service will take place on Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, Rev. Dr. Daniel H. Clare will officiate and burial will be in Southview cemetery.
