Ira Lockwood, aged 74, a veteran and member of Co. A, 3d Vt. Regt., and also a member of Jarvis Post, died at his late residence in North Springfield Saturday of last week. Funeral service were held at the Baptist church on Monday, Revs. Spencer and Chipman officiating.
