David W. Mann, aged 79 years, died Wednesday morning at the Soldiers' home. The deceased was born in Walden but enlisted from the town of Peacham and served in Co. H, of the 7th Vermont regiment. He came to the Vermont Soldiers home in 1908 from Worcester, Vermont where he had been making his home. He has resided at the home at various intervals since that time coming there the last time in January 1918. He leaves no relatives. The funeral will be held Friday morning at 10 o'clock from the Soldiers' home, Rev. W.G. Towart will officiate. Burial will be in the Soldiers' home cemetery.
