Obituary

SOUTH WINDHAM

The sudden death of Willard Moultrop Monday morning came as a great shock to his neighbors and friends. Mr. Moultrop had been in poor health for a long time. He came down to breakfast as usual Monday morning but complained of a severe pain in h is side and ate but very little. He rapidly grew worse and a doctor was summoned by telephone, but he passed away soon after the doctor arrived. It will be remembered that his wife died of pneumonia Jan. 16. After his wife's death he went to live with his son, Edward Moultrop. This is the third death in Mr. Moultrop's family within six months. Their son, Charles Moultrop, died about six months ago. The funeral will be held at the house Thursday at 10 o'clock and burial will be at Bellows Falls. He is survived by one son, Edward Moultrop.
