HENRY MURRAY was born in Moretown and enlisted from that town. Most members of the company did not become very well acquainted with him as he was detailed as provost guard No. 10, and did not return to the company till March IS, but he was with us at "the finish" and was discharged with the Company. Re-enlisted Company C, 1st Vermont Volunteers. Never married. Has since resided at Walnut Creek, Cal. P. O. address Oakley, Cal.
