William Oney

Rutland Daily Herald, Aug. 31, 1903:

William Oney, aged 72 years, died at his home on Engrem avenue yesterday about noon. He was born in St. Lawrence county, New York, and had been a resident of this city about 50 years. He leaves a wife, two daughters, Mrs. Mary Gordon of Schenectady, N.Y. and Miss Agnes Oney of this city; six sons, James, George, John, Leonard and Henry Oney of this city and Thomas Oney of Middlebury, and one brother, John Oney of Michigan. The funeral will be held Thursday morning at 8 o'clock at St. Peter's church.
