I. C. Osgood died Sunday morning after a long and painful illness. He has been confined to his room since last April and in all that time he has been able to be down only for a few moments at a time, and for several weeks has been confined to his chair. He leaves a wife and three daughters, Mrs. Eber Coon of Mallets Bay, Mrs. Thomas Shean of Milton Boro and Annie Osgood, who has been so untiring in caring for him. Mrs. Osgood is nearly prostrated, as she has hardly left him in all his sickness. The funeral took place Tuesday afternoon at the church, Rev. G. L. Story officiating.
