S.W. [Sumner W.] Page of Shrewsbury, a Civil war veteran, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. W.A. Buckey, at 11.30 o'clock last night. He was 65 years old and had lived in Shrewsbury the greatest part of his life. Mr. Page is survived by his wife, three daughters, Mrs. L.F.[?] Hammond of Ludlow, Mrs. J.H. Brooks of Fitchburg, Mass., and Mrs. Buckey and three sons, Leland L. Page of Shrewsbury, Sumner L. Page of Ludlow and Arthur Page of Rutland. There will be prayers at the house Friday and the funeral will be held in the church at North Shrewsbury at 1 o'clock Friday afternoon.
