Fair Haven - Albert Parkhurst died Saturday morning at his home on Mechanics street after a long illness of a complication of diseases. He was 69 years old and is survived by a widow, one son, Thomas Parkhurst of Fitchburg, Mass., and one daughter, Mrs. Irving Ward of Blissville. Mr. Parkhurst was a veteran of the civil war, having served in the 14th Vermont regulars. Funeral services will be held at his late home this afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. R.C. Penney will officiate and burial will be in Cedar Grove cemetery.Courtesy of Jennifer Snoots.
