Obituary
LUDLOW
Death of Eli PierceEli Pierce, a former resident of this section, died recently at Deland, Fla. His body is to be sent here for burial in Northam, between Plymouth Union and Shrewsbury. Mr. Pierce was a veteran of the Civil war; enlisted in company C, Fourth Vermont volunteers; discharged for disability December 10, 1862. He leaves two sons, Dr. D. C. Pierce of this place and Peter Pierce, who has come here from Maine where he has been employed.
