Obituary

The body of William C. Pratt was brought to this city Monday evening from Malone, N.Y. Mr. Pratt died in Malone last December of general breakdown at the age of 80 years. He was a man who was well liked in the community in which he lived, having made many friends. He was a veteran of the Civil war and a member of the G.A.R. post in Malone. He is survived by four sons, Charles G. of Florida, Frank L. of this city, William A. of Knoxville, Tenn., and Jerome of Boston, also Miss Mary Pratt of Montpelier and Mrs. O.S. Chamberlin of Randolph.
