Obituary
Civil War Veteran Dies
Oliver A. Proctor died at his home in Fair Haven Saturday afternoon after a brief illness. He was born in Fair Haven 77 years ago and had resided there nearly all his life. He was a veteran of the Civil War having served in Company C, 14th Vermont Volunteers and was a member of Bosworth Post, G.A.R. He had held many of the offices of both town and village.
