Obituary
ROOT - Aug. 28th, in U. S. hospital at Alexandria, Va., of chronic diarrhea and fever, after a sickness of several weeks, Charles K. Root, member of Co. I, 17th Vt. Vols., and only son of Mr. and Mrs. Seneca Root of East Hubbardton, Vt., aged 20 years and 3 months.
