Reuben Spaulding, of East Bethel died August 22, aged 82. He was a soldier of the Civil war, enlisting in Co. E, 2d Vt. Regt., Sept. 6, 1861, and was discharged February 21, 1863, for disability. He left a wife, four sons, and three daughters.
