Rutland Daily Herald, Feb. 23, 1916:
Daniel Webster Squier of North Clarendon died yesterday morning at his home after several months' illness. He was 82 years old. Mr. Squier is survived by two sons, W.H. Squier of Proctor and G.A. Squier of Clarendon, a brother, Joseph Squier of Ira, and two sisters, Miss Clara Squier and Mrs. Martha Dunklee of Rutland.
Prayers will be said tomorrow at his late home. The funeral services will be held in the chapel at Evergreen cemetery at 1:30 o'clock in the afternoon. Rev. A.H. Bradford officiating.
