Obituary

A VETERAN OF THE CIVIL WAR DEAD.

Timothy Steady, aged 55 years, died Monday evening at 9:35 o'clock, at his home at No. 232 College street after a long and painful illness. Mr. Steady leaves a widow, a son, William of Charlotte, two sisters and three brothers, Mrs. G. W. Dorr and Mrs. A. D. Garrow of this city, Alvin Steady of Lowell, Mass., Heman Steady of St. Johnsbury and Lyman Steady of Burlington. He also leaves a father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Steady of this city. Mr. Steady was a veteran of the civil war.
