Obituary

John Q. Stickney Dies

John Quincy Stickney, 82, died at his home in Whiting Saturday. He was born in Shoreham, January 5, 1839, the son of Tyler and Lorsa (Treadway) Stickney. He is survived by a daughter, Miss Edith Stickney, a son, J. M. Stickney, and a sister, Mrs. Charles Cox of Owoso, Mich. The funeral services will be held at the house Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. Barnard L. Chase will officiate. Burial will be in the East Shoreham cemetery.
