OSCAR F. PHELPS
Enlisted from Williston, Vt., September 10, 1862, at the age of 27 years, in Company F, 13th Vt. Vol. Inf., and mustered into the service as a corporal October 10, 1862, and mustered out July 21, 1863. Died at Williston, Vt., February 3, 1898.
