Biography

ISAAC S. RANDALL was son of George and Emily Randall of Franklin, Vt., enlisted in Bakersfield, was a good soldier and did his duty. The writer can learn little of him. At the time of his death he was living in Northfield. He had married but was not living with his wife. There was some mystery surrounding his death. He was drowned. Possibly he accidentally fell into the water, some fear he was thrown in by some drunken companion. We regret that such an untimely end should come to one of our comrades who served his country well.
