Obituary
West Rutland John M. Stewart, brother of Mrs. Daniel Simonds, died at the soldiers' Home in Bennington Thursday. Mr. Stewart had been living here for some time and left for the soldiers' home Monday. He served about three years in a California regiment during the rebellion.
