John Leahey, a veteran of Co. D, 28th Massachusetts in the civil war, and a former inmate of the Soldiers' home in Bennington, and Chelsea, Mass., perished in the storm of Tuesday night of last week on Mount Anthony in Bennington. The body was discovered Thursday. He was 59 years old and is so far as known had no relatives.
