Obituary

Death of William Bidgood

William Bidgood, 80, died January 31 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. O. E. Estey in West Windsor. Mr. Bidgood was a veteran of the Civil war. He leaves two daughters, Mrs. O. E. Estey of West Windsor and Mrs. Hattie Allen of Chester, and three sons, William Bidgood of Ludlow, Ralph Bidgood of Springfield, and Eugene Bidgood of this place. Mr. Bidgood resided in Felchville for many years. The funeral was held at the Universalist church February 2, Rev. William Ballou of Chester officiating. The body was placed in the vault and will be taken to Sherburne (sic) in the spring for burial.
