George W. Allen, 62, a painter who has lived in town about two years and was boarding at Clarence Randall's, was found dead in bed on Wednesday morning. Associate Medical Examiner Dr. N. P. Wood viewed the body and pronounced the cause of death heart disease, from which he had been a sufferer some time. Mr. Allen was a genial man and had won many friends during his stay in town. He has daughters and sons and some of them are expected to take charge of the body. But little is known of his life or places of residence.
