Obituary
The funeral of Michael Flynn, who died Sunday evening at the home of his daughter on the Pownal road, will be held from the house at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon and the interment will be in the Towslee cemetery. He was a veteran of the civil war and served in the 15th, 35th and 56th Massachusetts volunteers. His wife died about 18 months ago. He w as a member of Custer-Sixth corps post. Mr. Flynn had been a resident of Bennington in the vicinity of 20 years. He was a sawyer by trade and had been employed in the wood-working shops in this locality.
