Cornelius Farington died at the Age of 80 Years.

Cornelius Farington died on Saturday morning at the house of his daughter, Mrs. Henry Ashford, on the Topsham road. Mr. Farington was 80 years of age and had been failing in health for some time, due to the infirmities of age. He had resided in town about 10 years, coming here from Topsham. He was a man of good principles and quiet disposition. He was a veteran of the Civil war. He leaves a wife and three daughters, two of whom reside in New Hampshire. The funeral service was held on Monday afternoon at the home, Rev. S. H. Myers, officiating, and burial was in the village cemetery.
