Charles H. Sawyer

BRADFORD Charles H. Sawyer, a Civil war veteran, died at the home of his daughter here Saturday at the age of 92. He was a resident here the greater part of his life, and in his earlier days had been a stage coach driver. He was a member of Washburn Post, G.A.R., which has now only two living members.

Survivors are two daughters, Miss Myrtie Sawyer of Bradford and Mrs. Jennie Woods of West Lebanon, N.H., and a son, Herbert Sawyer of Woodsville, N.H.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon with burial at Bradford.
