Death of Civil War Veteran.

Michael Brislin, aged 86 years, a Civil War veteran, and for 60 years a resident of Rutland, died Thursday. Mr. Brislin assisted in the construction work of the old Rutland & Burlington railroad. He participated in the battles of Vicksburg, Colliersville, Lookout Mountain, Missionary Ridge, and Nashville. He was a member of Robert Post, G.A.R., of Rutland.
