Obituary
Charles Grover, a veteran who had see service in the U.S. Navy, died this morning of heart trouble at the Soldiers' home at the age of 71. He was born in Woodford but made his home in Rutland for a number of years, in which city a daughter survives him. The burial will take place in the local cemetery.
